These Terms govern your access to and use of InvoKit Pro, including purchases, licence activation, and support.
Agreement to these Terms
By accessing the InvoKit Pro website, downloading the application, or purchasing a licence, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the product.
1. Product description
InvoKit Pro is an offline-first invoicing and business toolkit for small businesses. It helps users create invoices and receipts, manage customers and products, and keep business records locally on their device.
2. Licence and access
When you purchase InvoKit Pro, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for your business purposes, subject to the activation limit of the plan purchased.
- Annual Plan: up to 2 activations.
- Lifetime Plan: up to 5 activations.
An activation refers to an approved browser or installed app environment where the licence is activated.
3. Delivery and activation
After successful payment, the buyer receives access instructions and an activation code. The activation code is used inside the app to unlock the purchased plan.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the product. This includes not attempting to reverse engineer the licensing flow, publicly share activation codes, resell the software without permission, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
5. Refunds
If the product does not function substantially as described and the issue cannot be resolved by support, refund requests may be considered within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider.
6. Support
Support is available by email for activation help, installation guidance, and product issues. Response times may vary, but reasonable efforts will be made to assist customers promptly.
7. Updates and changes
We may improve, update, or refine the software and these Terms over time. Continued use of InvoKit Pro after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InvoKit Pro is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including business interruption or loss of data. Users are encouraged to back up their data regularly.
