Agreement to these Terms

By accessing the InvoKitPro website, downloading the application, or purchasing a licence, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the product.

1. Product description

InvoKitPro Offline is an offline-first invoicing and business toolkit for small businesses. It helps users create invoices and receipts, manage customers and products, and keep business records locally on their device.

2. Licence and access

When you purchase InvoKitPro Offline, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for your business purposes, subject to the activation limit of the plan purchased.

• Annual Plan: up to 2 activations.
• Lifetime Plan: up to 5 activations.

An activation refers to an approved browser or installed app environment where the licence is activated.

“Lifetime” licence means access for as long as the InvoKitPro Offline product is actively developed and commercially supported by the provider. It refers to the supported life of the product, not the purchaser’s natural lifetime. A Lifetime licence includes updates to the offline edition; separate cloud services, regulated services, or major new products may be offered and priced separately.

Changing devices: if you replace or reset a device, you can deactivate an old activation to free a slot, or contact support to reset your activations, so you can activate on your new device.

3. Delivery and activation

After successful payment, the buyer receives access instructions and an activation code. The activation code is used inside the app to unlock the purchased plan.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the product. This includes not attempting to reverse engineer the licensing flow, publicly share activation codes, resell the software without permission, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

5. Refunds

If the product does not function materially as described and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Because InvoKitPro is digitally delivered, refunds are available on this basis rather than for change of mind. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider.

6. Support

Support is available by email for activation help, installation guidance, and product issues. Response times may vary, but reasonable efforts will be made to assist customers promptly.

7. Updates and changes

We may improve, update, or refine the software and these Terms over time. Continued use of InvoKitPro after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InvoKitPro Offline is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including business interruption or loss of data. Users are encouraged to back up their data regularly.

9. Intellectual property

InvoKitPro Offline — its name, design, and software — remains the intellectual property of the provider. Your licence grants a right to use the software; it does not transfer ownership. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share the software or its activation codes.

10. Your data and backups

InvoKitPro Offline stores your business records locally on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups. Because data is stored on your device, it can be lost through clearing browser storage, uninstalling the app, using private browsing, changing browser or device, device loss or failure, or resetting the app. Use the built-in Backup & Restore tools regularly, and before changing browser, device, or reinstalling. The provider cannot recover locally stored data that has not been backed up.

11. Payments

Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers (for example, Lemon Squeezy for international card payments and Selar for payments in Naira). Your purchase is also subject to the relevant payment provider’s own terms. InvoKitPro Offline does not store your card details.

12. Service continuity

Licence activation may contact an online licence service to confirm your activation is valid. The app is designed to keep working offline once activated. If the licence service is ever discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to provide existing licence holders with a means to keep using the software they have already purchased.

13. Provider and governing law

InvoKitPro Offline is operated by Creovate Global, registered in Nigeria and the United Kingdom. You can reach us at support@getinvokitpro.com. Full company registration details are available on request.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and, for customers resident in the United Kingdom, by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory statutory rights you may have as a consumer in your country of residence.
