Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information InvoKit Pro may collect, how it is used, and how the product is designed to protect customer data.

Last updated: March 15, 2026Offline-first app

Overview

InvoKit Pro is built as an offline-first application. Most business records created in the app, including invoices, receipts, customer data, and settings, are stored locally on the user’s device rather than in a central cloud database.

1. Information we may collect

2. Payments

Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers. InvoKit Pro does not store customer card details on its own website or application servers.

3. Local business data

Your invoices, receipts, products, customers, and related business records are typically stored locally in your browser or installed app environment. Because of this, users are encouraged to make regular backups using the export tools provided inside the app.

4. Licence verification

When activating the software, the app may communicate with a licence service to confirm whether the activation code is valid and within its activation limit.

5. How information is used

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Information may be shared only with trusted providers involved in payment processing, email delivery, hosting, or product support where necessary to operate the service.

7. Data retention

Purchase and licence records may be retained for operational, legal, and support reasons. Locally stored app data remains under the user’s control on their device unless they delete it or clear browser/app storage.

8. Your responsibility

Because app records are stored locally, users should export JSON and CSV backups regularly. Backup reminders may be shown inside the product to help reduce the risk of accidental data loss.

9. Contact

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, contact support@getinvokitpro.com.

Important: installing InvoKit Pro and launching it from the installed app icon helps keep your activation environment and local data experience more consistent.
